PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split stator whose heat-dissipation properties are enhanced by a simple manufacturing method, and also to provide its manufacturing method, and a motor having the split stator. SOLUTION: A stator is provided with an annular yoke and a plurality of teeth protruding to the radial inside from the yoke. A stator core forming the stator is formed from a plurality of split cores 1, etc., formed by splitting the stator core in its circumferential direction. The split stator 10 is formed by fixing a plurality of the split cores 1, etc., by a cylindrical body 2 on its outer peripheral side. A nonmagnetic layer 3, which is relatively soft compared with each split core 1 and has non-magnetism, is formed on the inner peripheral face, facing at least the split cores, of the cylindrical body 2.
