PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a blood circulation by allowing a user to perform toe opening/closing (clasping/unclasping) exercise by him/herself, and at the same time, stimulating the acupuncture points of feet. SOLUTION: A long and flat cloth belt shape body is twisted at one end, so as to form a ring shape body 11 by joining the front surface with the rear surface. The both ends of the flat belt shape body are joined to form a loop. The inner surfaces of the flat belt shape body forming the loop are joined at a joint part so as to form a ring shape body 13, so that a toe hold belt 1 is obtained. The length of the belt shape body between the joint part and the joint part of the inner surfaces is made to be longer by 3-10 cm in a part where the outer side of the toe is held. The pair of obtained toe hold belts 1 is prepared. The two ring shape bodies 13, 13 of the respective toe hold belts 1, 1 are connected to a string shape elastic expansible body 2, so as to constitute the tool for assisting toe opening/closing exercise.
