PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient joining force regardless of the kind of biomedical tissue. SOLUTION: The biomedical tissue joining apparatus 1 is provided with an energy supply means 5 for clamping and pressurizing the biomedical tissue to be joined, supplying energy to the clamped biomedical tissue and melting collagen inside the biomedical tissue, and a collagen supply means 14 for supplying the collagen to the biomedical tissue, and the collagen supply means 14 has a discharge port for discharging the collagen to the close contact surface closely to the biomedical tissue of the energy supply means 5.
