A representation telephone number receiving two or more telephones and an implementation method using the same are provided to implement a representation telephone service and a collect call service for reducing a communication charge. A representation telephone number receiving part(110) terminates a call after receiving the telephone of a user by using the representative phone-number. A call-ID acquisition unit(120) obtains a call-ID by the web-call white requesting the telephone call on internet. Database(130) stores the registered phone number which is the telephone number of the authorized user. An authenticator(140) compares call-ID with registered phone number and determines the registration of user.
