摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor blade capable of detecting deflection with a simple means. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for measuring deflection or change of length of a rotor blade or a pylon of wind power generation facilities. A measuring line exists in the rotor blade or the pylon. The measuring line is subjected to change of length when the rotor blade or the pylon deforms, length thereof changes, or both of them occur. This method is provided with generation of signal by a signal generator, supply of the signal to the measuring line at a first input terminal of the measuring line, generation of further signal from the signal generator when signal from a signal generator signal receiver arranged at a second end part of the measuring line, measurement of number of signals generated during a predetermined period of time, and determination of deflection, increase of length, or both of them of the rotor blade or the pylon from comparison of measured numbers of generated signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
