<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sound source device, capable of reproducing MIDI (musical instrument digital interface) play sound improved in bass performance without affecting hardware resources. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a MIDI I/F 11 for analyzing MIDI data, containing tone information, related to sound tone and melodic constitution information for constituting a musical composition; a sound source data storage part 12 for storing sound source data subjected to pseudo-bass processing for increasing the signal level of the overtone range of a predetermined range; a tone-generation part 13 for generating a tone of the sound source data based on the tone information; a musical composition constituting part 14 for generating melodic data from the sound source data with the generated tone; and a sounding device 16 for reproducing and outputting the musical composition, based on the melodic data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
