<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhaler which permits a dose of a medicine suitable for the condition of the lungs by measuring the function of the lungs and providing feedback on the result of measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The inhaler 1 includes a lung function measuring means 2 having a spirometer to measure the function of the lungs, compares the result of the measurement of the function of the lungs with a medication pattern table stored in a storage means 7, and judges the severity of a disease and an affected region of the lungs in an arithmetic means 5.
