<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision predictive device attaining enhancement of collision predictive accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Target points P1-P5 of a plurality of positions of the other vehicle 104 are detected respectively, and a collision form of the one's own vehicle 102 and the other vehicle 104 is predicted based on the collision portion predicted regarding the respective target points P1-P5. Thereby, since the target points P1-P5 of the plurality of positions are detected respectively and the collision portion is predicted regarding the respective target points P1-P5, not only collision of the limited point (conventional representative point) of the other vehicle 104 but also collision of which portion of the one's own vehicle 102 can be predicted regarding a plurality of positions of the other vehicle 104.
