PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract sentences describing events having newsbreak and topics from information about content included in EPG data. SOLUTION: The following text data for news programs to be broadcasted in a certain day is determined as text data describing events having newsbreak and topics: the text data updated by obtaining a difference between the text data as a candidate which is extracted from text data included in program detailed information included in EPG data distributed on that broadcasting day, and the text data as a candidate which is extracted from the text data included in the program detailed information included in the EPG data distributed on the previous day, and adding the difference in the EPG date distributed on the broadcasting day.
