PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of durability while spring constants in a direction and in the other direction in a horizontal direction are largely differentiated. SOLUTION: An air spring device 10 is equipped with a diaphragm 14 including a pair of upper and lower face plates 11, 12 and a cylindrical main rubber film 13 in which both end openings are hermetically coupled to the face plates 11, 12, respectively, and a cylindrical laminated rubber member 15 with the upper end opening arranged in the lower face of the lower face plate 11, is arranged between a vehicle body and a truck, and includes a coupling bar 20 for coupling the lower surface of the lower face plate 11 to the lower end 19 of the laminated rubber member 15 in the inside of the laminated rubber member 15. The coupling bar 20 has one end 20a in the longitudinal direction mounted in the lower end 19 of the laminated rubber member 15 so as to be freely rotatable around a first axial line extending in a horizontal direction, and the other end 20b mounted on the lower surface of the lower face plate 11, thereby restricting the movement in a direction along the first axial line.
