PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing deice for achieving a longer service life by preventing the inner peripheral face of an outer cylinder from being easily separated from the outer peripheral face of a rubber elastic body. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing device 10 comprises the synthetic resin outer cylinder 11, a mounting bracket 12 arranged inside the outer cylinder 11, and the cylindrical rubber elastic body 13 arranged between the outer cylinder 11 and the mounting bracket 12 for elastically connecting them to each other. At both axial ends on the outer peripheral face of the rubber elastic body 13, annular flange-shaped portions 14 are protruded continuously extending all over the periphery. Part of the flange-shaped portion 14, ranging from an outside part 14b located axially outside via a radial outward end 14a to an axial inward end 14c on the basis of the radial outward end 14a, is adhered to the inner peripheral face of the outer cylinder 11 all over the periphery.
