PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a war-washing machine further reducing unwashed portions. SOLUTION: A top brush device 15 includes: a beltlike top brush body 31; a pair of moving frames 33 supporting both ends of the top brush body 31 through spring bodies 32; a crank mechanism 34 provided to one of the moving frames 33 and vibrating the top brush body 31; a lifting mechanism lifting up and down the moving frames 33; and a position rotating mechanism 37 rotating the moving frames 34. The top brush device 15 is so configured that the lifting mechanism and position rotating mechanism 37 are driven with the relative movement of a vehicle to be washed and a car-washing machine body, the pair of moving frames are moved and rotated to thereby move and rotate the beltlike top brush body 31 in accordance with the shape of the vehicle to be washed, and the top brush body 31 is vibrated by the crank mechanism 34.
