PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet whereon different patterns are visually recognizable depending upon from which direction the sheet is looked at, including when the sheet surface is looked straight at, and the pattern looked straight at and the pattern looked at from sideways can each be independently recognizable. SOLUTION: The sheet of this invention has the first surface portion a whereon the grained surface diffusely reflecting the lights irradiated onto its surface is formed, the second surface portion b whereon the surface that can mainly absorb the lights reflected to one direction is formed, and the third surface portion c whereon the surface that can mainly absorb the lights reflected to the other direction is formed. The vertices of the projections in the first surface portion a are formed on the same plane as that of the second and the third surface portions, and the first visual recognition pattern by the front view is formed out of the contrast differences between the first surface portion a and the surface portion other than the first surface portion and the second visual recognition pattern by the side view is formed out of the contrast differences between the second surface portion b and the third surface portion c.
