PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator for an ointment/liniment which can be used repeatedly, attached to various containers, and used for rubbing and massaging. SOLUTION: The applicator 10 has a projecting part 18 which is integrally formed, in the front and the back, comprising an application face 11 to touch a target surface and a supporting face 13 to fit with a finger. The applicator 10 includes a mounting port 14 that matches the opening 21 of a container 20 for housing an ointment/liniment, a discharging port 12 that opens to the application face 11, and a flow passage 15 that guides the ointment/liniment from the mounting port 14 to the discharging port 12 by penetrating between the application face 11 and the supporting face 13.
