PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid gasket seal structure for maintaining high sealing performance by greatly improving the following capability of a gasket during displacement of a second flange relative to a first flange due to the vibration in the shearing direction to suppress the separation and fall-off of the gasket from the first and second flanges. SOLUTION: In the widthwise intermediate part of a lower end flange 5b, a recessed portion 11 recessed from an upper end flange 7b to the opposite side is formed in a bead shape in the longitudinal direction of the lower end flange 5b. At the widthwise inner edge of the upper end flange 7b, an inner edge inclined portion 12 inclined to be isolated from the lower end flange 5b toward the widthwise inside is formed extending in the longitudinal direction of the upper end flange 7b. An open grooved portion 13 open to an internal space 9 is formed between the inner edge inclined portion 12 and the widthwise inner edge of the lower end flange 5b. In the state in which the flanges 5b, 7b are joined to each other, a widthwise inner edge 11a of the recessed portion 11 is located at a space from the widthwise inside of the widthwise outer edge 12a of the inner edge inclined portion 12.
