PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device, capable of easing concentration of a load resulting from contact with a stopper part to the lower end side of an opening/closing body. SOLUTION: In the opening/closing device adapted so that the opening/closing body 20 which is delivered from a storage part 10 to perform closing operation downward is received and stopped by a stopper part fixed to a fixed portion, stopper parts 41, 42 and 43 are provided in a plurality of positions extending over the vertical direction, and a plurality of parts of the opening/closing body 20 is received by the plurality of stopper parts 41, 42 and 43.
