PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polymer-modified polyurethane which do not contain additional stabilizers that may adversely affect properties of polyurethane and exhibit a high degree of hardness in addition to good elasticity. SOLUTION: The polymer-modified polyisocyanates comprise (A) at least one polymer polyisocyanate component selected from the group consisting of: (A1) a polyisocyanate component having an NCO content of from 15 to 50 wt.%; (A2) a modified polyisocyanate component having an NCO content of from 12 to 45 wt.%; and (A3) an isocyanate-containing prepolymer having an NCO content of from 8 to 45 wt.%, obtainable from (i) (A1) and/or (A2), and (ii) one or more polyol components (C), and (B) a vinyl polymer having one or more vinyl aromatic monomers selected from the group consisting of styrene,α-methyl styrene, or a nuclearly substituted styrene having ethylenically unsaturated vinyl monomers selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylonitrile, (meth)acrylic acid, and maleic anhydride and an N-substituted maleimide.
