<p>The arrangement for electromagnetically dosing an electrically conductive substance (1) present itself in a closed channel system, comprises a magnetic system (2) from two circular disks present on a common rotation axis in changeable distance, a unit (5) for driving the rotation axis of the magnetic system, a unit (6) for measuring the angular momentum and the number of revolutions, a measuring data memory unit, an evaluation unit for determining a flow rate of the measuring data, and a control loop system taking the flow rate of the substance over a control variable of the magnetic system. The arrangement for electromagnetically dosing an electrically conductive substance (1) present itself in a closed channel system, comprises a magnetic system (2) from two circular disks present on a common rotation axis in changeable distance, a unit (5) for driving the rotation axis of the magnetic system, a unit (6) for measuring the angular momentum and the number of revolutions, a measuring data memory unit, an evaluation unit for determining a flow rate of the measuring data, a control loop system taking the flow rate of the substance over a control variable of the magnetic system, and shutoff devices intended above and below a channel section, at which the magnetic system is positioned. The substance is a mixture of substances. The circular disks are equipped with removable block-shaped permanent magnets (3), so that the polarity of the adjacent permanent magnets is varied, and the two disks are positioned to each other, so that a magnetic north pole faces a magnetic south pole thus producing a magnetic primary field (4). The magnetic system is positioned at the section of the channel system, so that the alternatively turned inner surfaces of the disks are partially covered by the channel system section. The substance is completely permeated from the magnetic primary field. The driving unit is an electric motor. The disks of the magnetic system are truncated cones, on which lateral surfaces of the alternatively polarized permanent magnets are arranged. The measuring unit and the measuring data memory unit are integrated in a measuring memory unit. The evaluation unit and the control loop system are integrated in an evaluation control unit. A unique calibration measurement is realizable with the shutoff devices. An independent claim is included for a procedure for electro magnetic dosing of an electrically conductive substance presents itself in a closed channel system.</p> |
