A subterranean water supply system for a wall is provided to minimize damage to an underwater motor pump due to the change of flow rate by forming an orifice tube for forming a variable water path with flexibility through real time reaction with the change of flow rate. A submerged pump(100) inhales and discharges subterranean water in a well. An overflow preventing valve(140) includes a valve casing mounted to an outlet part of the pump for introducing the subterranean water from the pump to an inner chamber and having an inlet and an outlet, and an orifice tube received in the chamber and having an orifice hole in the center for passing the subterranean water. The orifice tube is made of elastic materials having flexibility so that a sectional area of the orifice hole is reduced as the flow rate of the subterranean water which passes through the orifice hole becomes fast. A pumping pipe(160) is connected to the overflow preventing valve for guiding discharged subterranean water to the ground.
