A communications billing system and a method of processing billing data for improving a call time division multiplexing method are provided to perform the call time division efficiently and exact billing process in case that a client joins various product in the billing system of the mobile communication system. A charging element extracting unit(22) extracts a charging element by reading the product information of the effective discriminated client at a time generating a call of a charging target call and distinguishes corresponding customer from a charging data of the charging target call. A charge calculation processing unit(23) reflects a result for the accumulation details of usage and processes the charging calculation by inquiring the accumulation details of usage.
