<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set capable of controlling priorities between a video recording function and a communication function or between the video recording function and a power supply switching function when starting or ending video recording processing or during video recording processing. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a portable telephone set including a function for receiving and video-recording a moving image, including: a storage means for storing video recording information containing a video recording starting time, a video recording ending time and a video recording channel and under-video-recording radio mode information indicating whether to perform telephone communication processing during video recording; a video recording means (S113 to S117) for starting video recording processing based on the video recording starting time and ending the video recording processing based on the video recording ending time; and an inhibition means (S109, S111) for inhibiting telephone communication processing from the start of the video recording processing to the end thereof in the case where the under-video-recording radio mode information is set in such a way as not to perform telephone communication processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
