<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth adjustment of moving speed of a driven member along with miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator comprises a first drive circuit consisting of a first switch circuit 141 and fourth switch circuit 144 for applying a piezoelectric member 26 with a voltage in the same direction as polarizing direction for charging/discharging, a second drive circuit consisting of a second switch circuit 142 and third switch circuit 143 for applying the piezoelectric member 26 with a voltage in the direction opposite to the polarizing direction so that the piezoelectric member is charged/discharged at the speed almost identical to the charging/discharging speed by the first drive means, a setting change means for changing/setting of driving time by the first drive circuit so that a drive cycle is constant, and a drive control means which alternately drives the first drive means and the second drive means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
