<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a bearing element in a sliding property. <P>SOLUTION: The sliding element includes a support body, a slide layer arranged on the support body and, in some cases, a bearing layer arranged on the slide layer. The slide layer is formed by a support structure having a clearance in which a slide material is stored. The slide layer or, in some cases, the bearing layer form a bearing surface a structuring element to be supported. The bearing surface has a longitudinal stretch in a rotation direction of the structuring element.
