<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent photoelectric conversion device capable of increasing long wavelength sensitivity and enhancing its conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises a conductive substrate, an oxide semiconductor formed on the conductive substrate, a photoexcitation body sticking to the surface of the oxide semiconductor, a transparent conductive layer arranged to face to the oxide semiconductor by leaving a space with the oxide semiconductor, and an electrolyte of a pH of 2.4 to 6 arranged between the oxide semiconductor and the transparent conductive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
