PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system, wireless communication equipment, a program and a wireless communication method.

SOLUTION: The wireless communication equipment for wirelessly communicating with other wireless communication equipment utilizing a set time zone set beforehand in the time zones included in a frame with a prescribed cycle includes: a selecting part 132 for selecting a new time zone after change from the time zones included in the frame when changing the set time zone; a communication part for transmitting information indicating the new time zone altogether to the other wireless communication equipment as the change request of the set time zone; and a setting part 134 for changing and setting the set time zone to the new time zone on the basis of a response from the other wireless communication equipment to the change request of the set time zone.
