PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color adjusting device which performs color adjustments in a partial space excluding a non-adjustment area when adjusting a specified color. SOLUTION: A color to be adjusted as an adjustment source and a target color as an adjustment destination are set in a color space, and a partial space setting unit 13 sets a partial space including the color to be adjusted and the target color. A non-adjustment area setting unit 14 sets a non-adjustment area where no color is adjusted in the color space. A color adjusting unit 15 calculates the movement amount of a color in the partial space in a color image according to a reference vector extending from the color to be adjusted to the target color, and then suppresses and controls the movement amount according to a suppression rate corresponding to the distance from the border of the non-adjustment area to calculate an adjustment amount, thereby making color adjustments of the color image.
