PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high-performance band-pass filter compatible with UWB. SOLUTION: The band-pass filter 100 is formed on the top surface of a dielectric material under which a ground layer is formed on a high-frequency circuit board (not shown in Fig.). This band-pass filter 100 contains a plurality ofλ/2 micro-strip line resonator pairs 103 made by coupling twoλ/2 micro-strip line resonators 102 with aλ/4 micro-strip line 101. One 102 of a pair ofλ/2 micro-strip line resonators 103 is edge-coupled with one 102 of the other pair ofλ/2 micro-strip line resonators 103 to extend diagonally, whereinλis a wavelength.
