PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the position of a disk tray even when there is no space inside a main body case. SOLUTION: The disk tray 14 is driven by a motor 68 to move between a drawn-out position and a stored position. On the lower surface of the disk tray 14, a detection switch 21 and a switch lever 22 are mounted. The switch lever 22 rotates between a detection position of pressing a switch piece 21b and a non detection position of not pressing the switch piece 21b. The switch lever 22 is biased toward the non detection position by a switch spring 23. When the disk tray 14 is moved to the drawn-out position, an abutting part 22b abuts on the abutting piece 9b of a lower cover 9 to rotate the switch lever 22 toward the detection position to press the switch piece 21b to turn the detection switch 21 on.
