PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for obtaining a travel region of a vehicle for properly acquiring the travel region of the vehicle even when an accident or the like occurs. SOLUTION: A travel region acquisition ECU 1 compares an available route of a vehicle in the own travel region of the vehicle with the predicted route of other vehicle, and calculates the collision possibility of those vehicles, and calculates the degree of risk of the vehicle, and when the degree of risk of the vehicle exceeds a predetermined value, extends the travel region, and calculates and acquires the degree of risk of the vehicle.
