PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set vehicle speed changing device of cruise control for changing a set vehicle speed to a new vehicle speed which is more suitable for a traveling environment. SOLUTION: This set vehicle speed changing device is configured to change the set vehicle speed of cruise control based on the operation of a driver. The vehicle is provided with an adaptive cruise control system, and when there is any preceding vehicle, the vehicle speed is increased in the direction of increasing the set vehicle speed.
