PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame structure of a vehicle capable of widely securing a view field of a peripheral edge of a window opening part with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The door frame structure of the vehicle is equipped with an outer member having a glass run storage part and positioned at an outside of the vehicle, and an inner member which is positioned at an inner side of the vehicle than the glass run storage part and has an inside frame part having a box-shape cross section surrounding the glass run storage part. In the door frame structure hemming joining an end part of the inside frame part of the inner member with an end part of the glass run storage part of the outer member, the inside frame part of the inner member has an outward extension part extending from the inside of the vehicle to the outside of the vehicle toward the end part of the glass run storage part, the end part of the glass run storage part of the outer member has a frame parallel end part extending in the same direction parallel to the outward extension part, and the outward extension part and the frame parallel end part are hemming joined on a joining surface toward the extension direction of the outward extension part.
