PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly temporarily holding an audio device. SOLUTION: In this on-vehicle audio device mounting part structure, an instrument panel 1 is formed with an audio setting part 4, a bracket 6 having a mounting surface part 9 extending in a vertical direction 7 from the side surface of the audio device 3 toward the outside in a vehicle width direction 2 is formed on the side surface 5 of the audio device, a receiving surface part 13 on which the mounting surface part of the bracket abut from behind a vehicle longitudinal direction 11 is formed on the side part of the audio setting part, screw holes 16, 17 into which screws 15 are screwed from behind the vehicle longitudinal direction are formed between the receiving surface part of the instrument panel and the mounting surface part of the bracket, and a locate pin 18 and a pin hole 19 which extend backward in the vehicle longitudinal direction and position the audio device in the vehicle width direction and vertical direction are arranged between the receiving surface part and the mounting surface part. A claw-shaped part 26 extending backward in the vehicle longitudinal direction is arranged on the receiving surface part, and the mounting surface part is provided with a claw locking part 35 to which the claw-shaped part is locked in the condition in which the receiving surface part abuts on the mounting surface part.
