PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioning control device capable of improving a starting characteristic of a freezing cycle by securing a starting response of a compressor and shortening a liquid refrigerant discharging time when a liquid refrigerant is accumulated in a variable volume compressor. SOLUTION: This vehicular air-conditioning control device has a variable volume compressor 8 and a capacitor 9 for a freezing cycle and has a heat radiating electric fan 16 arranged at the heat exchanging surface of the capacitor 9, and further the vehicular air-conditioning control device has a liquid refrigerant accumulation detecting means for detecting the accumulation of the liquid refrigerant in the variable volume compressor 8, and an electric fan control means (Fig.4) for performing a control operation in which the starting of the electric fan 16 is delayed only for a set time required for at least discharging the liquid refrigerant upon the detection of the liquid refrigerant accumulation when the freezing cycle is started by using the variable volume compressor 8.
