PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time correcting system for a railroad suitable for a railroad vehicle. SOLUTION: A ground radio device 20 arranged on the ground wirelessly transmits time information based on time of a reference time receiver 21 arranged on the ground, and the time of a clock installed in the railroad vehicle is corrected based the transmitted time information. Thereby, since wavelength of transmitted radio waves by the ground radio device 20 can be set suitable for the railroad vehicle, the time is certainly corrected in comparison with the case of directly correcting the time of the clock of the vehicle based on the time information on a radio clock and a GPS.
