PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of easily returning the content of a process to a lend status. SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: a switching means for switching between a lend mode for setting to a lend status and a return mode for setting to a return status; a device status storage means 18 for storing the content of the process in each mode; and a switching control means by which the content of the process in the lend mode is removed when switching from the lend mode to the return mode takes place, and the content of the process in the return mode is not removed when switching from the return mode to the lend mode takes place.
