An apparatus for firing phosphorescent bullet of game set is provided to obtain the realism like the bullet launching by making the bullet launched in the shooting game phosphorescent in a short time. An apparatus for firing phosphorescent bullet of game set comprises: a bullet load unit loading a plurality of plastic bullets; a bullet transport unit transferring the bullet of the bullet load unit to the launching area using a screw rotating by a speed reduction motor(303); and a launching unit which fires the transferred bullet in the bullet transport unit by using the pneumatic pressure. The bullet load unit is formed of a light penetration wall(20) in one side and a reflection wall(30) on the other side. The bullets are loaded in the space between the light penetration wall and reflection wall. The light penetration wall is formed of a lighting-emitting unit which applies the light to the bullet.
