<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of interior components of a vehicle capable of arranging the first interior component and the second interior component on a panel material of a roof side without causing a malfunction such as the compression of a ceiling space or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A grab rail 22 which is the first interior component is mounted to the inner panel 12b of a roof side rail 12 through a bracket 21. The bracket 21 is provided with a vehicle body mounting seat 24 mounted to the inner panel 12b, a bent piece 30 which extends to the inner side in a vehicle width direction from the vehicle body mounting seat 24 and then bends downward in an almost L shape, and a component mounting seat 28 which is formed below the bent piece 30 and fitted with the grab rail 22.
