<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in an image forming device, when words described in an information page for setting and information reference of a device go out of date, it is impossible to update the words without rewriting the information page. <P>SOLUTION: In an image forming device, the problem is solved by a method, in which each word to be replaced in an information page is described with each tag beforehand, when there is access to the information page, it accesses a DB (database) recording each word in concord with each tag so as to update the DB by replacing each tag with each word acquired from the DB when updating the words, and a method for updating the contents of the word DB by acquiring newer words while accessing to an external server recording the newest words. A response speed is accelerated by updating the word DB of the image forming device with the new words in the external server and by providing a cache for holding the generated HTML page. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
