摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor cell of high measuring accuracy for use in specific detection of substance to be detected using a photoelectric current generated by photoexcitation of a sensitizing dye. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor cell includes: a working electrode; a counter electrode provided facing the working electrode; a cell base material combined with the working electrode and counter electrode to form a passage; and a supply port and a discharge port communicating with the passage. The working electrode is provided with a conductive base material and an electron accepting layer provided thereon and including an electron accepting substance capable of accepting electrons emitted by the sensitizing dye in response to photoexcitation.
