<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the unified management of an application operation state without requiring consideration of an application execution environment. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor includes: an application management means for managing the application operation state by each management unit; an interface means for inputting operation information concerning the change of the application operation state to the application management means; and a package management means for managing dependency relation information concerning a package which can be included in the application and is the collection of the data to be used for performing processing concerning the application.
