<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of simplifying an assembly process and reducing its thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack 100 is provided with bare cells 110, a protective circuit board 120 provided at an upper part of the bare cells 110, an outer case 130 provided at a side face of the bare cells 110 made of a metal material with one or a plurality of holes 135 formed, an adhesive 160 coated on the outer case 130, and a label 170 put on the adhesive 160.
