PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-transmissive electromagnetic wave shielding material for a display or an on-board panel having a polarization plate or a phase difference plate, which has excellent visibility without producing light interference fringes even through a pair of sunglasses or goggles having polarization characteristics, a panel for glare shielding or a window material for glare shielding. SOLUTION: A non-extending light-transmissive organic polymer material having less molecular orientation or less molecular orienting variation is used as a base material of an electromagnetic shielding layer, and thus, the light-transmissive electromagnetic wave shielding material excellent in light interference fringe prevention can be obtained.
