PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corruption of data in volumes due to restore execution in a state of erroneous volume designation. SOLUTION: A management information acquisition means 1c acquires storage management information 3a showing one of servers 41 and 42, to which a restore destination volume 21a is assigned, from a management server 3. A restore execution control means 1d refers to backup management information which is stored in a storage means 1a and associates respective volumes of storage devices 21 to 24 with servers 41 and 42 to which the volumes are assigned, to specify a restore destination assigned server being the server to which the restore destination volume 21a is assigned, on the basis of the restore destination volume 21a, and restore is executed when the specified restore destination assigned server and the server shown by the storage management information 3a, to which the restore destination volume 21a is assigned, are compared and they coincide with each other.
