PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide/display device capable of obtaining higher luminous brightness, not requiring a power cost and power distribution equipment by using a solar battery, further, by irregularly reflecting light from a light emitter in a wide range. SOLUTION: The guide/display device of the present invention includes: the light emitter comprising a solar battery unit stored in a housing and an optical medium that emits the light through the use of the solar battery unit; and irregular reflection mirrors disposed in the housing.
