PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile concrete manufacturing plant which can produce concrete on a floor where the concrete is used, or in the neighborhood of the floor. SOLUTION: A constructible columnar structure is installed in the height direction so as to correspond to a concrete placing position near a building which is under construction. Also, in the neighborhood of the columnar structure, a mixer and a material supply device for loading a concrete material into the mixer are arranged. Further, in the columnar structure, a concrete forming device is arranged. The mixer travels transversely on a girder for transverse travel, then ascends and descends in the columnar structure, and reciprocates between the material supply device and the concrete forming device, thus conveying the concrete. After reaching a height where the concrete forming device is installed, the mixer loads the concrete into the concrete forming device and the concrete forming device places the concrete.
