PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which a diamond cut can be conducted without causing displacement with respect to an independent pattern. SOLUTION: A metal thin plate supported on a first adhesive sheet 11 is etched to form a target pattern on the first adhesive sheet 11 and a displacement prevention pattern 8 positioned at the periphery of the target pattern. The surface of the target pattern is cut by a high-hardness cutter so that grooves of V-shapes in cross section can be formed for forming a minute metal pattern, and a second adhesive sheet 12 is attached to surfaces of the minute metal pattern and the displacement prevention pattern 8. Then the first adhesive sheet 11 is peeled off to expose backsides of the minute metal pattern and the displacement prevention pattern 8 to form an anchoring layer on the backside of the minute metal pattern 1 and laminate the peeled sheet on the anchoring layer.
