PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque variation absorbing device capable of reducing occurrence of eccentricity of a damper part while the space and the cost are reduced. SOLUTION: The torque variation absorbing device is equipped with a limiter part in which friction members 23 and 24 fixed to a lining plate 22 are held between a cover plate 27 and a pressure plate 29 and the damper part to absorb the torque variation rotating integrally with the lining plate 22 and the friction members 23 and 24, wherein the cover plate 27 has a mounting part to be mounted to a rotary member 25 and a friction part abutting to the friction member 23, and, as an easily-deformable part, twelve or more holes 27a provided between the mounting part and the friction part.
