PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a rotational speed detector in which the airtightness of a fitting part and the sealability of a seal are enhanced by securing the drawing resistance of a sensor holder against an outer member including a harness connection part and the reliability is enhanced by maintaining the detection accuracy. SOLUTION: This wheel bearing device with a rotational speed detector comprises the seal 11 having a core 24 to which a sensor holder 20 is insert-molded and which has an exposed portion fitted into an outer member 3. A magnetic encoder 28 and a rotational speed sensor 29 surrounded by the sensor holder 20 are opposed to each other. A connector part 20a for attaching the harness connecting a processing means to the magnetic sensor 29 is formed in the sensor holder 20. A plug is inserted into the connector part, and an output signal from the magnetic sensor 29 is sent to a controller. The drawing resistance of the plug against the connector part 20a and the drawing resistance of the sensor holder 20 against the outer member 3 are set to above the self-weight of the wheel bearing device.
