A railroad reactor device is provided with a coil assembly (10), a side cover (11), through bolts (12) inserted into the coil assembly (10), cover support members (14), a pair of frames (20 and 20) which fix support fixing parts (20a) to a lower face of a vehicle rack (41), are arranged at both ends of the coil assembly (10), support the through bolts (12) and support the cover support members (14), and ribs (15) reinforcing the frames (20). In the ribs (15) leg parts extending from reinforcing member main bodies and passing through the frames (20) are welded to the frames (20). In the cover support members (14), leg parts extending from the cover support member main bodies and passing through the frames (20) are welded to the frames (20).
