<p>Liquid detergent compositions comprising a tripeptide enzyme inhibitors are provided. Methods of using the tripeptide enzyme inhibitor to stabilize liquid detergent compositions are also provided. Also provided are liquid detergent compositions wherein the tripeptide enzyme inhibitor at least inhibits the growth of at least one microbiological flora or fauna in the liquid detergent composition.</p>
